We guarantee the flowers will be prepared and arranged by a professional florist.
We guarantee to deliver to the address you give us.
We guarantee to deliver on a specific date - often next day or even same day if your order reaches us by 12:00 Midday.

ORDERS OUTSIDE OUR DELIVERY AREA ARE MADE-UP AND DELIVERED BY TELEFLORIST MEMBERS.

We cannot guarantee a specific time, especially at peak periods, but we'll do our very best to accommodate any special requests.
